first cycle of dbol

hello,

i plan to take my first cycle of dbol. it would be oral pills. i am 5'8 around 160 give or take. i was wondering how long my cycle should be, how many mg's a day, and when to take them. this would be a dbol only cycle.

Welcome to Elite Fitness. Could you please provide some statistics for us , so we may be able to assist you. What is your diet like? How long have you been training? How OLD ARE YOU? At 5'8 and 160 it appears your diet may need to be tweaked as well. Thanks
 
im 24, and im fairly healthy. i have been working out hard for about 6 weeks prior to this post. my diet includes lots of food like fruits, vegetables, and meat. judging by weight and height it may seem i am very heavy, but im very thick and muscular just yet to be come defined
 
5'8 and 160 isn't heavy at all bro. you've worked out hard 6 wks??? Work out hard 2 yrs, get to 180, then consider doing aas.

I say this not to be a dick. You're built like an mma fighter at your current stats but you could easily put on mass by tweaking your diet and continuing training w/ weights.

I tell you what, train hard the next 6 months, get your diet dialed in. If you don't like what you see, then maybe try a cycle. a beast or dbol cycle. but right now you don't have a proper base if you've only been training hard for 6 wks.

what does your diet look like right now?
 
on a normal day i normally eat 1 to 2 apples, 1 peanut butter sandwhich, what ever i eat for dinner which always inculdes a salad, and normally banana, carrots, and some other type of fruit/vegetable

5'8 160lb is definatly not heavy, im 5'8 234 and i have done 2 very very very mild cycle, wouldnt even call it a cycle... And you are working out about 6 weeks and you want to juice, i hope you're trolling dude, and the diet you provide is shit...
 
ok man, what should i do to improve my diet then. lol i knew it wasn't a work out diet, i just chill and eat what ever i feel like lol
