How much if any nolvadex should i be taking to prevent gyno...im running durates and primo for 8 weeks...and also should i use nolva as a pct..and how much and when should i start that....

usually, 20mg nolva per day is enough to fight any estrogen related sides.
some, like myself, like it at 40mg a day just to be super safe.

others take 25mg a day with 25-50mg proviron..
thats the ultimate estrogen sides killer but provis do shut you down a little bit so may wanna reconsider.

then again, with primos, shutdown at less than 200mg a week is gonna be mild if that.

you could use nolva for PCT (post cycle therapy) but I think the drug of choice is clomid. read RADARS stickey on top of anabolic forum to decide how much to use. It also mentions the use of HCG in conjunction with clomid.
