First Cycle help

Ive been reading on here for the last few years and finally decided to join up. Im 5'11" 180 , 22 yrs old and been lifting on and off since i was about 17. Basically over the last year ive become accustomed to a great diet because i had been working and going to school full time, and not lifting except for an occasional visit, so basically im an embarrassment to myself in the gym. I'm not looking to blow up just yet and am trying to stay away from anything that aromatize's since i already have slight pubescent gyno. So in that case so far its between anavar, primobolan and masteron? Just looking for some advice. Thanks
 
bro hang out here more often if you can

learn about proper lifting techniques,form and programs
start lifting heavy with clean form,increase you protein and caloric intake,and get plenty of rest.....repeat for 2 years.....until you achieve at least a level of muscle maturity and confidence in what you're doing before even thinking about doing gear.

Agreed. Step away from the juice until u've put in at least a couple of years with a steady program. Gear isnt for "on and off" lifters simply because u should exhaust the potential for natty improvement for it to make any sense at all with the gear. Sounds like u have plenty of room for improvement yet. In fact i think a good diet and a real program will do more for u than any gear right now. Besides a lot of people find that once they start using it gets very hard to gain at all without gear. Is that what u want at this stage?

at 22 yrs old 5'11 180lbs you could get to 200 easily before you touch aas. whats this great diet you talk of bro? post up meal by meal for us so we can help you more
 
I appreciate your responsible responses, but im not exactly just a common 180 185 kid who just wants an easy fix. The only physique that really comes to mind at my size is a rich franklin, sorry for the mma reference, obviously im not as big or as lean but im around there. I mean i guess i kind of am in a sense wanting a fix, as in lookin for a jump start to get up to a good solid, lean 200, if that makes any sense.

My diet basically consists of a meal comparable to: basically like 2 chicken breasts and a serving or two of broccoli or stir fried vegetables with maybe a sweet potaoe would be a typical meal. Other meals around the same size with lean meats, egg whites a handy amount of "green" carbs and sweet potatoes. I try to get in 5 meals a day, which is about the best i can really do.
 
you really need to get your deit fine tuned for your body. what supps are you using? whats you current training program look like bro?
