First cycle, gradual injection rate?

I've been reading that to avoid or keep side effects at a minimum, people on their first cycle should gradually increase the dosing starting at 200-250ml and then eventually getting to 500-600ml.
the cycle would look something like this:
Week 1: 200ml
Week 2: 400ml
Week 3: 500ml
Week 4+: 600ml
The guy I got my gear from said this was dumb and a messed up cycle bc my hormones would get all screwed up.
I'm in need of some feedback because I'm about to start week 3 already!
 
If this is your first cycle, then 250 to 300 may be plenty right off the start. The worse thing you can do is shoot to much gear and have bloat and bad sides. You should experiment with your injections and see how you are reacting reference gaining in the gym before increasing to 500 to 600 per week. 500 to 600 per week is for experienced people that have numerous cycles under there belts. Just be careful and try and find your sweet spot thats right for you. Make sure your diet, training are in check and best of luck to you.
 
Keep it low until you can't grow ..... 600mg is to much for your first few cycles .

Thanks guys, I felt dumb bc my source was kinda railing on me. But I'm 26 5'11 185lbs, altho about 10lbs is pure fat. I have been training for about 10 years since highschool. Bench: 265, Squat: 320. I'm looking to get xbox huge legz; Don't really want to beef up my upper body that much as I play competitive tennis and having a too much upper body has some draw backs in that sport. Have some bromocrip. on hand too incase I need it, but wanna save it for PCT.
