I've been reading that to avoid or keep side effects at a minimum, people on their first cycle should gradually increase the dosing starting at 200-250ml and then eventually getting to 500-600ml.
the cycle would look something like this:
Week 1: 200ml
Week 2: 400ml
Week 3: 500ml
Week 4+: 600ml
The guy I got my gear from said this was dumb and a messed up cycle bc my hormones would get all screwed up.
I'm in need of some feedback because I'm about to start week 3 already!
