tomorrow i will have in my hands test e. i am planning on 250 mg E4D for 12 weeks.

i do not have pct yet, and im not starting my cycle untill i secure it. i was planning on liquinolva and possibly adex.

would nolva alone 20mg weeks 12-14 be ok?

im not plat or id search.

adex throughout, nolva on hand if needed, start pct two weeks after last shot, 10 days of 40mg ED and 20 days of 20mged should work just fine.

When I run test @ 500mg/wk (you are slightly under) I personally run .5mg eod.

I like the idea of running proviron through the entire test cycle ... 25 mg a day would surfice .

You'll have to be the judge of your estrogen levels

If nolva is all you're going to do for your PCT, then yes. Nolva only for weeks 14-16. No need for adex in your PCT as nolva will block any estrogen in your boobies!

i suggest you run nolva for 30 days if possible, but 21 will probably do the job
