first cycle, first post, but research has been done

well fellas i finally have my source, after months and months of research done on this site. I never posted anything on here just spent my time reading and learning, so i had to change my name because my other account got deactivated. Anyways i'll give you a little about myself. I'm 5'10 175. 20years old. not for sure on my bodyfat, but it is probably pretty low i have pretty good abs and what not. I try to keep my diet as good as i can basically just eating as much as i can of anything that has protein in it, and ussually put down at leat 4, 40gram shakes a day plus 5grams of creatine. now for the cycle. i was gonna go with the classic "oral only" but after reading i threw that out the window. I've decided on a simple test only cycle. Please offer any suggestions.
Cycle looks like this. I don't have my clomid yet but will get it and use 50 mgs ed for a few weeks.
8wks long

1-5/ 500mgs per week
6-7 400mgs per week
8 200 mgs per week

now i have never injected anything before, and i don't have anyone to do it for me so i will have to go it alone. so suggestions on injecting would also be appreciated.
 
Test Enanth 500mg/wk 1-10
no need to taper..get yourself some a-dex and really plan out your pct..read the sticky by radar on this and it will answer your questions..

As for the test cycle (personal opinion) I would not taper off it
1-6 500mg/week
or longer
1-8 500mg/week
Clomid yes for your pct, i would have some nolva on hand just in case
Its your first cycle so take it easy and see how your body responds :)
btw I like shorter cycles oppose to longer, personal preference
 
Injections aren't hard. First couple will probably be tough, but you'll get the hang of it. Quads are the "easiest" as you can use both hands...but most people go with Delts or Glutes. Go with what you feel most comfortable doing.

4 shakes? I'd try to eat more "real" food. Use shakes to SUPPLEMENT food, so post-workout or as an on-the-go meal. Real food is the most anabolic substance. :) I assume you are eating at least 6 meals a day already too.

What are your goals? It is hard for people to REALLY comment at length on a cycle/diet unless your goals are also stated.
 
thanx for the fast responses. i think i'll go with 500mgs a week. i was thinking inject on monday and thurs. 250 each time? i'm anxious to start but i need to get a hold of some pct. one other question i have a bottle of 6-oxo sitting around. is this any good what so ever? or is it just not powerful enough to do anything?
 
well right now i'm only at 175 as i said but i have been working my ass off for a while. the last 3-4 months i really started to get my diet in check. not counting protein shakes i eat at least 3 other times a day or more. kinda hard to say exactly what i eat but mostly like tuna, chicken, turkey, steak, hamburgers. at 175 i figure i can eat about anything i want as long as it has protein in it so i don't worry to much about carbs although i try to watch it a little. i probably should be heavier but i was blessed with twigs as a set of legs, but i've been trying to correct that problem. as for my goals i guess we could say bigger and stronger. i'm looking for like 10 lbs and want to stay lean.
 
here is a first time cycle that was prescribed to me by a knowing bro.

You can discount the dbol since you wont be using it

Here is what I suggest:

Weeks 1-10: Test Enanthate 500mg EW
Weeks 1-4: 30mg of Dbol ED (split up three times per day)
Weeks 1-10: 20mg of Nolvadex ED

Mid cycle HCG: at 5 weeks take 1500i.u. of HCG on M, W, and on Friday.

Post cycle:

Weeks 12-13: HCG 1500i.u. 3 times per week (M,W,F)
Weeks 12-14: Clomid 300mg day 1, 100mg for 3 days, 50mg for 10 days

You should have the size and strength gains that you want. Good luck and keep me posted.

I have a few questions and they may be stupid. first off i don't know what HCG is? and second when you said above test at 500mg EW does that mean every weds?

from my understanding... as humble as that may be...
EW = Every Week...
