For my first cycle, I was planning on doing this:
Weeks 1-10: Test E (Iran) 500mg/wk (inject 2x/week - first inject = 500mg)
Weeks 1-12: LiquiDex .25mg ED (Week 13 EOD)
PCT (Starts the monday after last shot [which will be a thursday])
Weeks 1-3: 1000iu HCG IM Mon/Wed/Fri
Weeks 1-6: 20mg Nolva
My stats:
5'6, 175 lbs @ 10% BF
MAX Bench: 275 lbs (225 x 10)
MAX Deadlift: 335 lbs (275 x 8)
MAX Squat (parallel): 315lbs (need to work on that, I know) (245 x 10)
21 YO, been training dedicated for 2 years (been working out for 4). I did some prohormones/prosteroids when I was 17 (yes I know that was fucking stupid) - the HM GEAR cycle gave my gyno (not bad, but very noticeable to me), and I got it surgically removed.
NOW, MY QUESTION:
I'm debating whether I should go ahead and do the 500mg/week cycle, or should I do 375mg/wk. I plan on training like an animal and eating like a king, and I would like to gain and keep at least 15 lbs of muscle and not gain too much bodyfat. I'm thinking the 500mg is prob the way to go, but want to hear what some of the other bro's think. And, does the Adex dosage seem okay, or would you adjust it since I already had one bout with gyno (I know I can always adjust it, but want to know what I should start out with). And how does my PCT look? Thanks.
