First cycle approval

First cycle guys
My current stats are:
205 lbs with 15% bf
22 years old
Deadlift - a little under 400 max
Bench press - 275 max
Been lifting since High school

Week 1-10 test e 500mg/week Saturday and Wednesday
Week 1-3 dbol 20mg/day
Week 3-10 aromasin 20mg/ every other day...might need help with this
Week 12-16 nolvadex 40/40/20/20

My cousin took steroids and got gyno so I'm guessing I could be prone to gyno. Which is why the high does of aromasin. You think that's a good idea?

Another question involving diet is with the holy grail of meat, chicken breast. You think it's that essential. I'm already eating 5 eggs everymorning, plus many other meats like steak, pork, turkey, ribs, tuna, and a lot of salmon through the day.

One last thing, what would be an example of high sodium to avoid. My peanut butter sodium content per serving was like 130mg. Good or bad ? What numbers do I want to avoid

YOU DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DIET AND TRAIN PROPERLY AND YOU WILL START TO CYCLE AAS WHICH WILL LEAD TO SHITTY GAINS AND YOU WILL HAVE SHITTY RESULTS ALL WHILE FUCKING WITH YOUR HORMONES AND ENDING BACK UP IN SQUARE ONE WHICH IS TRAINING HARD AND EATING CLEAN.

THIS WILL NEVER GET A SEAL OF APPROVAL!!!!!!!!!

Ok so now for the constructive critisism.

I am glad you tried to clear it with some of us here that have had a lot more experience than you and not jumping the gun like your cousin.

However your stats do not show that you know what the fuck you are doing.......

1) Your body fat is way to high!!!! at 205 15% you are only looking at around 184 being very lean......having said that you need to get your bf way down before even considering doing a cycle such as high dose of test with dbol ( that shit will blow you the fuck up and you need plenty of room to grown without having to worry about the increase of negative estrogenic side effects that occur when you cycle with higher bf percentage)

2) Your lifts are no where near what you need them to be at if you want to make good gains and keep them........not to bash but maxing out at 275 on the bench and you are already thinking you have reached your genetic potential? Why dont you try to get your 10 rep max up to at least 3 plates on the bench and at least 4 plates on the deadlift then consider juicing. (This is gonna take hard work but there are no shortcuts not even with juice)

3)You are only 22 years old.......this shit gets expensive and I doubt you have the financial means to make sure everything goes ok on cycle. People overlook the cost of food, supplements, juice, and the most important part which is PCT ( This is where all your cash is going to go in your cycle if you are smart)

4) Which leads me to my next point......you do not even have a proper PCT listed above. Nolvadex is shit and you didnt even mention HCG. That will be the toughest recovery ever because the only thing nolva will do is tank your estrogen and make you feel like shit for weeks and give you a limp dick during pct.

5) Your diet sucks dick......" I already eat 5 eggs every morning" .......Really? That is childs play in all honesty and I am assuming you mean 5 egg whites because no one would ever consume 5 whole eggs every morning without having to worry about the risks of higher cholesterol especially on cycle. ( Speaking of do you know how AAS effects your Health?)

2 cups brown rice
10 oz white fish

75 g protein
100 g carbs

Meal 6
2 tbsp peanut butter ( all natty)
2 cups greek yogurt non fat plain

Lets see you get your eating and training up to par first before even thinking about juice.

You need to do more research as well.....what I want you to do is some HW. Here are your Questions.

1) Please list out a 6 week proper PCT regimen.

2) Please list out a proposed cycle to match your goals

3) Please list out your daily diet with macronutrient break down and total calories

4) Please list out your weekly training schedule.

5) Please list out the dangers to your health on cycling rrecklessly

6) Please list out the function of your HPTA and how it is effected by AAs

7) Please list out the function of HCG and HMG and how it is incorporated into Cycles

8) List the primary difference between type 1 and type 2 AI,s and which one should be used in your case and at what dose

9) List out the types of blood tests you should be getting before and after cycle

10) Budget how much you are going to spend on juice, PCT, food, gym memberships, supplements

11) Budget how much time you will be able to devote to solid training ( no partying, no nothing like that)

12) Are you ready to stick yourself with a needle?

13) Have you had a physical in the past year and if so what were the results?

14) What is your current blood pressure? Do you have a blood pressure monitor to keep track of it during cycle?

15) Do you even know what support supps you will need to be taking with an 17-aa steroid?

16) What are you goals in life? If you are just looking to gain a few pounds here and there then AAS is not for you......it is for the devoted athletes who have reached there genetic potential and are looking to change there lives even more.

17) Are you a sporty spice in the Gym? Honestly? Are you one of those kids who puts on 2 plates on the bench and struts around for about 5 minutes with a low cut obliques showing tshirt to let everyone know how jacked and tan you are that you can rep 225 more than once.

18) What would your parents think if they caught you? You are still a child in their eyes.

19) What would your friends think if they found out?

20) Have you seriously thought about everything you are about to do in life on the bigger scale 5,10,20 years down the road........does AAS hurt or help this.
