first cycle advice

alright guys so i've decided to give it a go so here are some stats:

22 yrs old, weigh 190lbs somewhere around 15%bf, training 3 days a week but thinking of upping it to 4, been training for 3 years now

so i was thinking of doing a test E only cycle for 8 weeks 500mg a week (250x2), going to get aromasin during the cycle, pct will be nolva, arimidex (optional), clomid (optional but don't think i'll get it), tribulus or a similar test booster or better yet a test booster complex lol

done around 6 months of research on gear and training etc. so yeah what do you think? should i add a dbol? can i expect to keep a good amount of my gains etc? should i add winstrol (tabs) at the end for a "cutting" agent or something, i'll be adding a minimum of 2 cardio sessions per week.

P.S. if i got some money left and i decide to add an oral i'll prolly get a liver support supplement like liv52

so yeah what do you guys think?

I would take some form of liver support regardless if you're taking an oral or not. Be smart about it. You should also run either hcg or hcgenerate on cycle
 
is there a pill-form alternative to HCG? just wondering cause i dont think my guy would have it, would it be fatal if i didnt use hcg?
 
alright so i take it everything else seems in check? think i should add dbol for 4-6 weeks at around 40mg? heard there's a limit to the gains and then you're just increasing the sides. I'm not greedy as long as i can keep 5-10lbs would be sweet
 
if its your first cycle, most people will recommend running just test. I honestly would say just run test only aswell just to see how your body reacts to steroids. and when you experience side effects you will no exactly that its coming from test, instead having multiple steriods to figure out whats cause you side effects., but if you do chose to run dbol only run 20-30mg ed. You will gain a lot of weight.. and dbol will make you very bloated and puffy face. Atleast it did for me. use a good AI. and get a good test booster for PCT like forged post cycle or post cyle/unleashed combo along with your clomid
 
most people would also say you need to drop your bf% before touching steroids. get your diet in check... steroids wont do much at all unless your diet is in check. drink at LEAST a gallon of water a day. try to lift 4 - 5 days a week. with proper rest and get at least 8 hours of sleep. take casein protein before bed
 
If ur gonna train only three days a week, in my opinion, day 1 do all push exercises, day 2 do all pull exercises, day 3 legs and abs. If ur gonna just do test just get an AI (low dose clomid ok, forma stanzol is better I think, nova will do nothing but upset u, hcgenerate or hcg during cycle to prevent shutdown, unleashed/post cycle for PCT.
