first cycle ADVICE career may depend on it

hey guys, im starting my 1st cycle and my goal is to KEEP about 15-20 lbs. is that unreasonable if i eat/train and pct properly? i have passed the firefighting physical, and written test and im currently practicing for the interviews coming up but i want to look the part a bit more. im about 5'9/5'10 and i only weigh around 145lbs. (very hard time gainning weight) im very lean and have cut muscle, after a workout i look like bruce lee LOL, but i want to look bigger in clothing, especially for the interview. im 26 yrs old. i was thinking of a simple cylce:
250mg-test E (every week 10 weeks)
250 mg-deca (every week 10 weeks)
i dont want to talk to much about my pct yet,(have a good idea) i just wanna know mainly what you think of this cycle for a 1st and hopefully a last. i didnt want to have to do 2 cycles and i want the most possible gain from the test E and deca that i bought. 10ml bottle of each. i want it to be as safe as possible too thats why im not upping the dose and lowering the duration. gimmie some input Pleeease pro's/con's

man, .... your first post should'nt be asking this....
you need to get your diet in check hardcore. im not gonna sugar coat it for you as some would do here on elite, you simply do not need to do the juice right now. your only 145 man, you can grow alot more if you just put your diet in check. and dont give me this hard gainer crap either, im about as hard a gainer as there was. 5 years ago i was 105lbs i got to 170 natural and juiced for an extra 20. and as far as being a firefighter, i have a few friends that have the job, and i promise, they look more unlike a firefighter phsically than you do, lol.

Good advice there, I wouldnt do Deca and test together. If your prone to gyno you wont know what its from. If you must pick one then start with test at 500 mg pw and sort out PCT before you start. But like its been said above your not ready yet, Get your diet sussed first. Bodybuilding is 85% diet IMO.
 
First of all, I've never met anyone who only did one cycle. Even those who said they they only wanted to do one just to put on a few pounds. So if you don't want to do any more cycles, then I say why bother in the first place. Steroids can be very addicting. Not physically, but mentally. Once you see what they can do, you are going to want more gains like those steroids provide.

If you passed the physical and whatever tests like carrying a 200lb person out of a building or something, then your size shouldn't be an issue.

I agree with SS, I would concentrate on your diet. It's very simple, if you take in enough calories you will grow.
 
Increase your calorie intake to around 4-5000 a day with plenty of protien. There is some good threads on diet. If your gonna do a cycle, test E only would be agood start. But you must get your diet right.

This guy is 110 percent correct on this one. First of all I'm trying to be a firefighter also and they don't hire based on looks, plus you already passed the physical so your good there. You have it in your head that you will transform into some huge dude walk in and impress them on the board and get the job based on that which is so far from the truth. Its all in your head bro and you probably know what they are going to ask you and what they llok for so just be confidence and never say your career depends on one cycle thats insane!!!!
 
listen bro, you are telling me you gainned 65 lbs, that tells me you either know magical secrets to the diet game that ill never know, you were still growning or you just dont understand my body type. im telling you right now, i have tried everything period. i cant gain shit. i eat so much my girl thinks i should enter contests and on top of that i would take Enlarge shakes to drink! im sure if i had a dietary trainner and did every single thing by the book i could gain...a bit more, but i dont. even if i could, why should i spend all that time/money/energy gainning maaaaybe 5-10 lbs to get to my potential and then juice. im small boned, i just dont get up to 170 naturally. but im willing to believe for the time being that youre right, so tell me what would be so wrong with that 1 time cycle? its not too hard and it puts me where i want to be....right? im done growing, im 26 yrs old...if the major harm that makes you tell me not to do it is just because i should wait till im at my potential and then break through, let me know cause im not in this to be a huge bodybuilder. if not please explain, i want to understand. thanks so much

tried everything huh? do you know how many calories/day you get? whatever it is, take that number and double it and I'm sure you'd put on weight.
 
If you cant put on any weight naturally at your weight then roids arent going to put any on either, Ok maybe a bit of water.
 
your body has so much potential, i have NEVER EVER met someone with the genetic potential max of 145. maybe some dwarfs, but ive never met a dwarf. ive trained hundreds of people bro, and we (not they, we) all said the same thing at one point and time about the "i cant grow my body is defficient and cant absomb calories" lol. if your anything like i was at all, then inside you also hate being small. it might not be one of those things you think about everyday, but it is defently one thing you would give anything to change. once you see the effects of aas you will NOT do only 1 cycle, i garantee it. you may not do a cycle right after this one, but somewhere down the line you will. if all this is wrong about you, then go ahead and do the juice, and get your 10lbs. but learning how to actually do that on your own without aas, is an amazing thing that you can incorporate into your life whenever you want. pass it on to your kid onday who might have your hard gainer shitty genetics. or you could take the easy way out and explain to your kid oneday that he's stuck being a skinny little dude unless he takes the sauce.
 
please feel free to reply to anything ive wrote but basically, i would like to know some simple pro's and con's if you will, about that cycle 250 ew test E / 250 ew deca. 10 weeks.
 
first off, if you want to gain any signifiicant weight i would bump up to 500mg of test a week. Also take some dbol for 4 weeks around 30mg ED to get some quick poundage on you before this interview where you feel you need to look big. count calories and take in tons of protein and complex carbs. healthy fats help in bumping up your daily caloric numbers too
 
daaamn. shortstack, that was the greatest thing ive ever read. thats exactly what i wanted someone to say. (although id still like advice about that particular cycle...for future reference from anyone else reading) ..Shortstack i would like to know what type of potential i probably have, for a natural, somewhat easy to maintain body weight, and how long it would take to get there. (figuring i train 4-5 days a week) and was eating everything you told me to (or i was supposed to). thanks again, that was a great response, right on the money, and makes me think twice.
