First cutting cycle, need help with a good diet.

Stats are:
5'9, 180 pounds. I'd guess around 13-15% BF.

I wanna try to shed about 10 pounds, then go back into more bulking. This is my first time cutting, so can you guys help me out with a good cutting diet? Yesterday I ate ...

1 banana
Chicken nuggets
Small serving of fat free chili
Small portion of steak, fat cut off
8-10 ounces chicken breast.

Compared to what I normally eat, that was nothing. I was so hungry all day. Haha.

Heck, I would be hungry eating that little too....one thing you should understand (and break the myths) is that you need to EAT to lose bodyfat, yes EAT!

Meal 1:
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 whole eggs

Meal 2:
2 servings of red kidney beans
5oz. chicken breast
2 cups steamed veggies

Meal 3:
60g protein + 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil

Meal 4: --assuming post workout, can be changed according to workout---------
40g protein+30g dextrose+10g creatine+1 tbsp. liquid aminos

Meal 5:
8 oz. salmon
1 large salad (very LARGE) w/ 1 tbsp. olive oil

Meal 6:
40g protein
1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
15 g psyllium husk fiber
