First Clen Cycle questions/insight

Hey guys new to the forum here. I'm a 23 year old male who is currently running a Keto with 1 carb day a week program. I've lost quite a bit of fat but want to take it to the next level. I lift 4 days a week and do cardio every day, and on my off days of lifting I do two 30 min cardio sessions. I'm currently running a ECA stack 4 times a day totaling around 100mg of ephedrine with little to know sides at all. I've been running this about 3 weeks now but I've always wanted to try Clen. SO I have a bottle of liquid Clen on the way and wanted to get some insight before i take it starting next week.

I plan on running a 2 week on 2 week off cycle of it. I will start my dosing as follows:
Day 1:40mcg
Day 2:40mcg
Day 3:60mcg
Day 4:60
Day 5:80
Day 6:80
Day 7:100
Day 8:100 and so on. If I have little to no sides at 100 I may go up to 120 after the 2nd day. I plan on running this till my 14th day then plan on going back to the ECA for another 2 weeks, then back on the Clen till my bottle is empty.

Now I plan to supplement every day with 600-800mg of potassium and 3-5 grams of taurine a night along with 50 mg of benadryl.

Also I plan on taking my clen on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up and plan to lift and do my cardio session around 2 hours later. Does this seem like a nice safe and effective Clen stack? Any help and opinions will be greatly appreciated! Also currently I weigh around 203 which I weighed today the day before my carb load. Thanks guys!
 
i think this is a terrible idea... clen is very dangerous and does not make you feel good at all... be ready to get rapid heartbeat, shakes, etc... its very very bad for you... i would recommend you go with sarms and stack with albuterol...
 
Clen is horrible IMO. I'm with Dylan here. I've used it before and I simply cannot tolerate the way it makes me feel. I stopped after just a few days.
 
What exactly is dangerous about how I will be dosing? I will be starting out slow and working my way up depending on sides.
 
I decided to cancel my order. What would you guys reccommend instead of clen and Eca. I've been doing everything in my power to get rid of this last percentage but nothing.
 
i would recommend running a sarms stack... ostarine, s4 and gw along with albuterol... check out uniquemicals.com for your sarms...
 
Not everyone feels like garbage on clen, you have to start low and ramp up and assess your tolerance. Yes it has its dangers, but almost every prescription drug out there has a list of "possible side effects". Clenbuterol/albuterol are no different.I've used it multiple times with good results, as have many other people. It looks like you've done your homework on it, so the only thing I would suggest is to stay at 80-100mcg as your max dose during the first cycle. If you can deal with that dose without any significant sides, then you can go up to 120 the second time around.

And btw, don't think for a second that ECA is any safer than beta-agonist like clen...essentially ephedrine and caffeine combined can act very similarly to certain stimulants like cocaine, adderall, etc. Once again, moderation and tolerance assessment is key. Only you can figure out what works for you
 
Thanks guys, I actually just cancelled my Clen order and replaced it with Albuterol. Mostly reading into the sides, for my first "real" cycle I think going with something like Albuterol would be a good idea to see how I react to it instead of something like Clen (which I plan to use in the future). Anyways, how does this cycle dosing sound? Start with 6mg 3 times a day for the first few days to see how I tolerate it, and if all goes well maybe throw a 4th dose in there (for a total of 24mg) toward the end of my cycle? I plan on running the whole 60ml bottle instead of the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off plan, because I'm going to supplement the Albuterol with 50mg of benadryl a night. Also right now i'm on my 4th week of ECA dosed at 100mg a day split 4 times a day with no sides, honestly can't even tell i'm on it. Can I run the ECA up until the day I start the Albuterol, or would you recommend stopping for a few days before?

Also this is how I plan on dosing (with in regards to timing and workouts):
First dose in morning on empty stomach, then an hour later do my lifting workout and 30 mins of slow steady cardio)

Four hours later take my second dose, and then four hours after that my 3rd dose. Then usually an hour or two before bed I do a 30 min slow steady cardio session.
Obviously if I decide to throw a 4th dose in the mix the doses would be around 3 hours apart. Does this sound like a legit dosage plan?

I am on a keto diet with one epic carb up a week, while on the Albuterol should I continue the carb up day or skip it?

The dosing seems fine, although just like with the clen, you can still decide to start on the lower end of the dosage spectrum to assess tolerance. I wouldn't stack the ECA with albuterol immediately because you want to see how you react to the drug alone. I would do the 2 on/2 off and rotate in the ECA or similar, because on a cyclical-keto diet you will definitely lose fat on this stack if your macro ratios are good. And yea, run the albuterol straight through on even the carb reload day, I always run my clen for the full two weeks
 
What would you suggest a good starting dose be? 4mgx3 for the first day and see how it goes and if I'm good that day bump it up to 6mgx3? Run that for a couple days and if all is good maybe throw a 4th dose in there?
 
run 4 x 3 for a few days at least... then you can bump to 6 x 3 but i would not go any higher than that and if your going to run it for an extended amount of time i would add keto with it... 1 ml a night for a few weeks... keto is on sale right now at chemicalneed for only 14.99... i would take advantage of that...

i found clen effective but the sides, starts with headaches which i got used to(went away)..but the shakes NEVER go away, increased sweating,heart palpitations. sometimes even nose bleeds, i then read up some more indepth studies on clen to find studies on rats showed that clen leads to heart neurosis. i will never touch that crap again.

Yep. The risks/cons outweigh the pros/benefits

Couldn't benadryl 50mg do the trick as well?
