First AAS Cycle Dilemma

I don't know where people are reading that letro is effective at 0.25mg ED?

My suggestion; 30mg Dbol ED (or 50mg Anavar), W1-5, 600mg Test Enanthate or Cypionate W1-10 + 25mg Aromasin ED Start the aromasin a couple of days before your first dose of dbol. Do not use any 19-Nor or derivatives like tren, deca, anadrol until you know how you react to test.

It's good to keep a variety of ancillaries on hand, in case some stuff doesn't work. Letrozole is used as a last recourse it's way too powerful it can have mean sides of its own like ED, joint stiffness, lethargy.

Have you tried explosive training? Cleans, snatches, jump squats etc? Maybe get a good base into those lifts before you dip into juice. Also, know that PCT doesn't always work as well as advertised and you might end up needing Test for life.

Get your blood levels checked before hand!!! VERY IMPORTANT! Get your natural baselines recorded. You might already be deficient in testosterone and that would explain why you have little gains.

Thanks BigAndy, I have spent some more time researching since posting my last reply and it does seem as though Letro is a harsh compound with some pretty crippling sides...

Reading up on Explosive Training now, it seems as though this might be a good option as well, it's not something I've tried or researched since at first glance it didn't seem to be conducive to hypertrophy, but looking at it now, studies have shown that it definitely increases strength, and more strength = bigger lifts, AND bigger lifts = more muscle.

After reading a few posts on various boards by bodybuilders who have suffered from AAS-induced gyno, I am feeling a bit more apprehensive about going the pinning route. I desperately want the strength and muscle gains but I don't know if the risk is worth it for me with my seeming predisposition to gyno (surgery is simply not an option for me due to the cost!). One of the posts was by a guy in South Africa who has been using gear for the past 25-30 years and has had surgery to remove gyno twice. The second time he had been using AI's and they simply didn't work for him (he now has to run each cycle with a ridiculous amount of Letro [I can't remember the numbers right now] each cycle).

I will continue to research though as it is still something that I want to do and will probably never be happy until I've at least tried one cycle, but I need to be sure that I have the correct AI's and PCT at hand to prevent and/or reverse any estrogen-related sides which may present. Any more advice or thoughts will still be much appreciated, you guys have really helped shed some light on quite a few of the questions bouncing around in my head already, I thank each one of you!

You could always tape your tits down till you saved the money for surgery. Just kidding, it's a serious condition but not one that you can't overcome. With that said only do what you are comfortable with. I wouldn't say you are necessarily destined to have gyno since you had some baby fat to grow out of as a teen. I had the same thing more baby fat not to mention I was a lineman in hs and college and a little top heavy.

Don't overlook PCT but don't stress it either. Just don't be scared by the horror stories out there. Respect them but don't be scared. Most of them are from abuse. Which is bad with anything.

The explosive training works. I've spent years ignoring it, doing it half assed...it takes time to get used to the movements and developping the lifts, but once you do, you get strong. My shoulders, hips and ankles have never felt better. I can do a 1h30 min workout in 45mins now, same sets and weights, that's a huge increase in power, also if your body is functional, it is more likely to keep the gains off AAS.

Give it a shot, if you`re a virgin to this kind of training, you could potentially put on a lot of mass. Pick up Men`s health Power training, by Robert dos Remedios, it`s only $20, and it explains the basic lifts in simple terms with pics.
