The 'gunshow loophole' does not exist, so why do they still say they are trying to close it during elections? Also when they say 'high powered' rifle, that means any rifle to the press. AND the last one, semi-automatic is NOT an automatic weapon, therefore the gangbangers are not shooting automatic pistols.(unless they do have a multi thousand dollar imported special issue weapon)(which they don't)

AND why is a Senate member trying to ban .50 caliber rifles? Saying they could become the favorite 'banger' sniper rifle? THEY COST THOUSANDS of dollars, plus one round is around $4. One last thing, it was NOT an Abrams M1 main battle tank they used in Waco when they drove up to their 'compound'. It was an old modified M60 tank for mechanics or engineers. NO main barrel.
