Im thinking its the growth, I ve been on since april at 4ius a day 2 in morining 2 in afternoon, I cut it down to 2 ius aday last week because I wake up all hours of the night with both my hands numb. and during the day I will have times where the fingers just go numb. Is this normall does it happen that bad, is there anything I can do to help this. Will it go away? this has been going on now for a month or so.

GH will do this, but as uncomfortable as it may be it shouldn't be of major concern and should subside through time. Having said that my thumb and finger on my right hand are always numb. Reducing the dosage usually helps but apart from that I don't think there's anything you can do except ride the storm.
Good luck

how long does it usaually take to subside atleast to make it bareable or sleep the whole night

Accelerated muscle growth can also cause numbness due to new tissue exerting pressure on the nerves. You'll find it probably all stems from the shoulder region as the cavity that the nerves run through from there to the extremities is very small. Maybe try some massage of the shoulder area and make sure you stretch well. Yoga should also help. As far as a time period, eveyones different some don't expeience this, for some it lasts weeks and others months and unfortunately some only get relief after ceasation of the GH.
Hope this helps

It is the GH.

It's transitory.....just deal with it for now.

I had same thing happen to me and I saw a doc about it. It was nerve damage from benching too-heavy weight with too-thin gloves. I bought some neoprene padded gloves and the feeling gradually came back to my hands/fingers. Note: the way most people grip barbell puts concentrated pressure (v.small area on edge of bar = high psi) on the outside edge of your palm which is where a major nerves bundle extends to your fingers. I'm not saying that the GH didn't contribute by allowing you toincrease the weight your throwing up. But I think there's a physical rather than chemical explanation as to the immediate cause of the numbness.

You're right about this, bro.

I don't feel it when I bench, but when I do dips my left outer palm gets numb from the pressure which kind of limits the reps.
