Finding a really good AA battery charger.....

I use a large number of AA nickel metal hydride batteries for photography. The vast majority of chargers simply charge for a set number of hours regardless of state of battery.

I'd like one that has the capacity to "decharge" the battery to a stated level and also just charge them to the proper level.

What would a guy look for? Ebay has scads of them to pick through but I'm not sure what means what.

No need to decharge batteries, all I use is nickel metal hydride.
