finding a bb doc

this must have been covered before but i seriously can't find anything useful.

does anyone have a bb doc? if so, how did you go about finding him/her?

does anyone else have any ideas on how to go about it? i just want a doc i can have a reasonable discussion with. ya know.

I wish I had a good suggestion, other than try to find a good doc and help educate him/her on what you are doing. That's what I did. I found a great IM. He has never had a juicer as a patient before, but I just tell him exactply what I am doing and why and he is turning out to be ok.

I am lucky that I have a medical background so I can talk at his level and he trusts my judgement. You just gotta take a chance on someone and be honest with them. You would be surprised at how helpful they can be. If they get weird, just find another doc.

Well said. If you notice any docs at your doc office that look a little larger than normal (if you know what I mean) I would try to get an appointment setup with one of them.

that's a really good point, Snarf. but the reason i'd love to find a doc who's a bb himself is not only that i'm worried that they'll get weird, i also wanted someone who can educate me on stuff i don't know. i have several doctor friends but the problem is that i'm educating them about "bb"...

it ain't right.
