Mostly the same, but the 4-AD helps with your sex drive. Otherwise increase the ALA and water and you will be fine. Fina is not as harsh on the kidney as everone says. All AAS have some effect on the liver, but no worse than drinking.

Speaking of, don't drink while on. Its a lot of extra work for the liver.
