They sent it and customs refused it due to not being labelled properly. I have phoned them, they said they would either refund or resend and would phone me right back(that was last Tuesday). Well I never heard back, sent 2 emails, never heard again. Phoned this morning and they said they would phone back the boss wasn't in but he would be right back, still nothing. Took me almost 2 days to get hold of them as their line is always busy. I will give them until noon tomorrow to get hold of me.
I phoned the comp in Kansas and found out that they don't ship to my province in Canada as it doesn't seem to get through Customs very often.
It pisses me off at how random things are with our customs. At times some shit I order gets through at other times it doesn't. This personal discretion aspect they can use is bullshit.
