Yes its legal to buy finaplix and the reason is because its in little pellets that are designed to be shot through an implant gun and into the ear of cattle, I personally recommend a different form of application though otherwise your ears get sore.

I'm about to buy some Fina and thinking of using DMSO too. How much of a difference is it (gains-wise) in using DMSO or doing a kit and injecting?

I tried the DMSO and it is not pleasant. After application it felt like I had applied some kind of solvent, and that's exactly what it is, a solvent.
So I ordered some PLOGEL, disolved Fina in water (in the oven) put the water in a 2 oz. dropper bottle (after running through a coffee filter), and each dropper full contains 20 mgs of Trenbelone Acetate. Then for an application take 1 dropper full and mix in palm of hand with some plogel (or you can mix in a small container) and apply. Pleasant, non-toxic, and you get an excellent absorbtion rate of 70% or better.

OK I've been researching and I think I will just get a kit and inject (my cattle may be sore). It looks like that is the best way to get your money's worth.
