Finally had a cheat meal

After 2 full weeks of strict dieting I decided to have 2 gyro sandwiches and a half order of fries. I hope this speeds up my metabolism. I am sure my body needed it especially since I am lifting each body part 2 times a week.

I figured at least 2 times per month or maybee even once a week as long as it isn't too bad a meal. I was thinking maybe on the weekend increasing my carbs by 100 grams on one day per week. Good clean carbs that is.

You dont need cheat meals. Thats ridiculous! What in french fries does your body need? If you want to cheat, cheat but dont justify it by saying you need it. If you want to raise your metabolism go real high one day on the carbs, clean carbs that is. Or what you can do is eat fat free frozen yogart after your workout to help with cravings.

im always looking for that special cheat meal, couse i dont want to waist it, on just any crap
