Finally figured out how to ease the sus injection pain

What I did was mix 1cc of sus and 1cc of eq, run it under hot water for about 2 minutes and injected it. Then I got my vibrating back massager and rubbed the entire cheek where the shot was given for 20 minutes. The next day the pain was considerably less than the one I got on Monday. I hope this helps yall out.

iv used a message wand thing like your talking about on the inject site of sust250 it works very well.

I've been injecting sus redjects by themselves & have had minimal pain. I do massage the injection point for about a minute & rotate glutes.
I must be lucky--try massaging hard after the shot
