this is a long time coming.

span : 30 days (diet will extend)


diet:

mushrooms, steak, chicken, eggs, hotdogs, lettuce, asparagus, brocolli, salmon, burgers, cheese, 1x protein shake (3 carbs) , 1 teaspoon power butter (not sure if this contains too much carb yet?)

so far these are the foods iv got down for keto.. any ideas and additions please?

how often should i eat every day? im thinking 4 meals a day is realistic

exercise plan:

7am fasted cardio on the elyptical (15-25 minutes) (everyday) (this includes pilates and resistance work)

2pm or 8pm weight workout: weights etc cardio before hand (light cardio)

weight regimen:
day 1 - tricep chest
day 2 - back and bicep
day 3 - legs and abs
day 4 - shoulders
day 5 - rest
day 6 - legs and abs
day 7 - rest

jogs at night (depends on health)




please comment iv worked hard on getting this together and i really want it to be perfect before i set sail this next week etc. DEPENDS ON THE SHIPPING SPEED FOR NTBM AND CHEAPPINZ TOO :D ahah
