whats going on guys .. i just started my cycle of havoc/cyclotren today .. i am going to be running 10mg for the first few days then i want to jump right up to 30mg for both (possibly 40mg for havoc if safe). i will also be taking cycle support while on cycle both in the am and pm.

as for my pct i have AE retain 2 and i have a bottle of 100 10mg generic tamoxifen lined up at 40/40/20/20 .. will that suffice or should I pick up some nolva ??

just go straight to a full dose of each. it won't hurt you. I have no idea where this dose taper method came from. You don't see anyone taper dosing real juice do you? No, so just start on your dose. If you get bad sides, step it down one cap.

umm, generic tamoxifen IS nolva. same thing. Don't need more. I can also suggest getting some post cycle or sustain alpha from our sponsors here (PP and Nelson) You can buy post cycle here at EF.
