buy grapeseed and run it through a .02 micron filter.

Any vegetable oil will do (with a few caveats.) It is best not to buy food grade and buy from industrial sites. However, IMHO grape seed and sesame are best and will do well provided (as per above) that they are filtered through an appropriate microfilter to remove bacteria and contaminants.

Either buy sterile filters and filter or buy sterile oil.
