Everyone has probably noticed that I seem to be on a crusade for everyone to be a little more discreet about posting internet sources for FINA. I know that some disagree with me about the legality of purchasing fina over the net but let me make my case. The law is simple enough, if you purchase fina for human use, you are breaking the law and subject to prosecution under the controlled substances act(I can post the DOJ citation for this if you like.) What this means is if you get caught with the stuff and a reasonable person would conclude that it was for human use, you are subject to prosecution. Now, we all know that you can purchase it without a script but do not assume that just because you can order it and they will send it, that it is legal! This is just a loophole to allow cattle growers easier access to the drug. Rest assured that if it ever comes to the public attention of the DEA via 20/20 or dateline, the loophole will be closed quickly. Since I find fina to be a very usefull and inexpensive addition to my stacks, I would really like to prevent this expose' from happening. What can we do? Simple, when referring to fina on the boards, do not name internet sources openly, keep it to email or IM. Very simple and easy. Will it help? I hope so and what can it hurt to be a little more discreet? We are all on the same side here and I believe this to be a reasonable approach to extending the life of this loophole. C'mon guys, lets get together on this...
