Fina Kit Help

I have my Fina and a kit from Synthol Direct (minus the syringe filter). Can Fina be made properly and safely without the syringe filter? Can I do anything that might substitute for it. I don't really want to order syringe filters and wait if I don't have to.

you need the syringe filter....without that there is no way the solution will be sterile. go to the local pharmacy and see if they have some....say it is for school...i use them all the time in my research.

I tried going to the local pharmacy and they didn't know what the hell I was talking about. They didn't know what a syringe filter was.

Is there no other method to sterilize the fina without the filter? Its dissolving as I write this.

Bro if Synthol Direct left the filter out of your kit, you should call them and ask them to ship you one overnight. I know I wouldn't want to wait an extra day, but it won't hurt the Fina.
I wouldn't use it without running it through a filter.

I called those bastards and they kept saying that I broke the filter. I kept telling them that I haven't even opened the fina cartridge so how in the hell could I break the filter. I think this is a gimmick. I was happy about getting the kit on time, but this whole accusing me of lieing thing has pissed me off a little.

I've never talked to anyone there, but they do suck at answering e-mails. I only used them because they take credit cards and I get my kit in two days.

My filter cracked when I was on the last step I was just about to run the last 2 ml's of oil through to filter ou the remaing good stuff and it cracked. I was wondering can I just pour the 2ml's in the vial because if i dont im loosing like 2 ml Thanks
