Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below After following the directions on: http://www.musclebuilder.com/finakit.html, I am done with step 5, and the solution is now golden brown on top and dark brown in the bottom, I thought it was all supposed to be one golden brown color. I have 3 questions: when do I bake this solution? Do I still need to refilter the solution? and what can I do with the remaining residue that's left over in the other vial. can i get anything out of it? Thanks.

The remaining residue is no good. Its just binders from the pellets.
You can refilter to remove the dark brown but if you dont it wont hurt you. if you refilter it make sure you use a new filter. .22 works well but its hard to push through. I had the same dark brown/red solution at the bottom and had no problems with it.

The stuff at the bottom is binders. the difference in the colors is the fact that all the binders have not totaly settled as yet

Dont feel stupid. I remember the first time I made it, I was all amped up and was back and forth to the computer a few times 
If the "brown shit" is translucent then yes you can inject it. If you filtered it all through a .45 then your good to go. I would recommend based on what you have posted to get another .45 or .22 and refilter. Even though what you have is fine you may feel more comfortable with a clearer solution.
Forget about the residue. Pitch it. All your going to get is 1ml of binder saturated solution.
You have to understand that all the "brown shit" is nothing more than glue binders that were not completely filtered out, its heavier so it will settle to the bottom of your vial. As long as its not paste or particles your good to go. If you have either of those in your final solution you need to refilter.
You can also give it a few shakes or swirls to mix it before drawing it into your syringe. Thats what I did.

I just finished filtering 40cc's of fina yesterday. I used Mr. T's kit.
To answer your question about the brown stuff- yes you can probably get another few mL's out. Just use a coffee filter to filter into an empty bottle. Then use the .22 filter to filter it into the final product. I just converted all of mine for the first time and the shit came out golden and clean. Hope this helps!!!
BTW-let the glue and binders filter through the coffee filter overnight and in the morning squeeze out the coffee filter and get those remaining ml's out of the filter. When I did mine I got an extra 3ml's out.
