3 days Bro'; fina has a half life of around 24 hours. 3 days and later it is essentially gone. However it can be detected, metabolites, for 5 to 12 weeks.

JB where are you sourcing your times for metabolite detection? I would like to read it myself. Longer is safer by far though just in case.
