Fina help needed! asap!

I just removed the filter from the funnel.. and after looking at the bottle.. there is still glue left at the bottom of it. Not much.. but if i swirl the bottle around you can notice it. What do I do get rid of the stuff? or do i even have to?? I wanna make sure before finishing the rest of the steps.

When you say funnel, I assume you prefiltered with a coffee filter? If thats the case, dont worry, some stuff was bound to get through but will be filtered out when you sterile filter.

So i just take everything which is in the bottle now then? and dont worry about the glue at the bottom cuz it wont harm anything?

Prety much yep. The coffee filter was to basically get all the thick crap out. You may want to heat solution again in some boiled water to see if you can get the gunk to combine and settle. Then let site for a few hours and sterile filter.

ONE last thing.. I got a 4g kit.. If i do this properly.. will it give 75mg/1cc? Is that how it'll work?

Aww shit.. i got a problem.. i hope its nothing big..

When u were suppose to preload the syringe with vial 2 with the 5cc syring.. I only did 2 cc's.. Because I was following the websites direction. After reading a's email.. it says that i needed to load 5ml.. not 2 :| Will that do anything??? What will happen now?

The 2cc of oil set aside is to purge the sterile filter at the end of the process. 2cc is all u need.

That oil is just to purge the filter when you are done to get the rest of the final product. Never really need to be done, unless your greedy and want every last drop.

How many sterile filters came with the kit? If you only have one, you are probably fine, just use the 2ml to purge the filter. If you have 2 filters, see if you can make it through the strile filteringf process with only one sterile filter. Since you prefiltered, you should be able to.
