Fina Farm complaint

Placed my order on the 19th this month, recieved 2 emails of confirmation of order and then this email:
[email protected] Order XXXXXXXX Shipped Jan 20 2004

It says the package shipped and I've been waiting for it since. Then today I recieve another email saying it's been shipped but this time with a tracking #. Thats going to be close to 2 business weeks T/A. Not to great IMO, especially after I was already under the impression it had been shipped out.

You placed an order on the 19th, today is the 24th. Where do you get "close to 2 business weeks T/A"?

guessing that its
4 to 6 business days ups ground. (+ the 4days it was supposed to ship)

though technically your will probably receive it only 3-4 days later than you would have, had it shipped on the 20th.

you should email them directly.

I get the 2 business weeks because if it was truly shipped today which the 2nd your package has been shipped email says, then it wont be here until the end of the week this week.

And yes I have emailed the company.

They sent me an email on tuesday saying my package was shipped so I have been looking for it since then. Then today I get another email saying now it has been shipped. Doesn't seem very professional to me.

I'm withdrawing my complaint. Recieved the kit today, very professional packaging and supplies. Recieved a letter with the kit:

**We apologize for the extra days it took to ship your kits, we were waiting for the new filters to arrive. Please accept a free stirring rod as our gift to you.**

Now thats some good service to make up for the little mistake. I would reccomend them to anyone, thanks fina farm!
