Fina and phlojel

I know that most of you will say injecting is the only way to go, but I am not interested in that. I am just wondering how to properly apply fina using phlojel. Do I just rub a small amount of the gel on my skin and then put the crushed fina on top and rub it in?

Or would I be better off just buying more and taking it orally?
