Fina and Cranberry Juice

Roid Rage 2002

I am on 75mg fina ED was wondering about the Cranberry juice thing am currently drinking 64oz of cranberry juice a day, but that is ALOT of damn sugar 272 grams to be exact...i don't need that extra sufgar in my diet, was wondering if the extract pills would be equally as good as the drink, or if I should do both?

Take the extract. I got it from GNC 60 1000 mg caps for like $14 or something like that. I take 2000. It's cheap... and besides... cranberry juice tastes like liquid shit.

To tell you the honest to God truth... I'm not 100% sure of the optimal dosage. I was taking 1000 mgs a day, and my lower back/kidney area hurt a lot, and my piss was like gold all day no matter how much water I drank... so I upped it to 2000, and the soreness went away, and now I'm peein' like normal. I think I read that 1500 to 2000 mgs a day was good... maybe I could find that post.

I don't know if there's a science to it... but if so, I'm sure Zyg may chime in and say.

Cranberry juice is more for urinary track or kidney infections. Plain water is all you need. The more the better.

One other thing. Fina isn't that hard on the Kidneys. I've found creatine to be harder in the kidneys that Tren.

hey bro, they also have cranberry juice that has artificial sweetner in it, i think its got like 50 calories per serving, instead of the usual..

Cranberry is an incredibly safe supplement, as there are no documented side effects resulting from its use. In fact, it actually increases the antibacterial effect when taking antibiotics. At very large quantities, however, (3-4 liters per day), cranberry juice can cause diarrhea and other gastrointestinal symptoms, but very few people would ever attempt to drink this much. For those prone to kidney stones, it is important to note that cranberries contain oxalates, the compounds that form the stones. However, limiting intake to one liter of cranberry juice per day minimizes the risk of forming stones.
