For anyone interested in Fina, I thought I'd tell ya some of the things I'm starting to see after 3 wks. I've gained some very good weight, and even though I've been shoving close to 4500 cal's down my throat every day, I can still see my abs very well. I was tested @7.5% bf before I started it, and now, i'd say that I'm about 9%( I have a slow metabolism, and i had just dieted for a show that I backed out of cuz I lost too much size)so, i'm happy w/ the weight results. On to the sides; 3 of them are starting to become very clear.
1. My nuts have lost about 30% of their size.
2. I wake up every morning at about 4:30 in the morning sweating like mad and starving... This has been pretty good for me though, I just eat a peanut putter sandwich and a bowl of oatmeal mixed w/ pro6tein powder and I go right back to sleep.
3. Aggression, I really need to watch this one, esp. while i'm driving; I actually took my shirt off, got out of my car and dared some stupid fuck to get out of his car so I could break his fucking legs, luckily he didn't.
