Filter Sizes?

My buddy told me to use .22u for oil. My vendor offers .20u & .45u. I'm wanting to filter some Win and Test-E. Can someone clarify which to use and why? Basically, I want to know the difference between water base and oil fitlers. I'm guessing .20u is fine for the win and .45 is good for the test-e.

the .20 would take forever to pass anything through..the.45 micron is standard and sufficient.

Thanks Bro! I'm guessing here, but will filtering the win with a .45u be a problem because of the crystals. I know it gets clogged up in a 25g and sometimes a 23g.
