Clenbuterol is said to do what you're looking for for the first 2-3 weeks that you're on it. I usually get a strength increase when doing a 3-week cycle of clenbuterol so I'm inclined to believe that it is anti-catabolic.

The catabolic nature of your diet dosen't help. Keeping t3 dose very low, you could actually see some anabolic effects from t3.

BTW, a high carbohydrate intake post t3 admin can spark natural t3 production.

If your going to ise it, I think you'd be happier with the results from a t3 cycle if you get yourself a little leaner first. It's my opinion that, at your bodyfat level, getting leaner without the drug is exactly what you need to do anyway.

That being said, 12.5-15 mics is usually expected to not be catabolic (and may in fact increase protein synthesis) and causes minimal thyroid supression.

thanks silent! i would normally not have jumped on the t3 but i have been stuck on a plateau for 3 weeks straight even with increasing my cardio. so i would like to kickstart myself.

That's never been proven, it's only anecdotal that clen is anti catabolic.
