fight cutting

i got a fight nov 16, im pretty lean right now.. trainer has me in at 217 5% bf, i need to be at 205 by nov 15. i dont know if im gonna make it.. any suggestions to get me over the hump.. i havent dropped any weight in the past 2 days

217@ 5% bf , i need to see a pic of that one.
 
More cardio. Try 45 mins 4 days a week and if that doen't work try 60mins 6 times a day. This should work bro it did for me.
 
5% is very low bro & I would say if that reading is correct you might find it difficult to reduce BF much more. Look into clen 60-100mcg ed. Im not sure how it would suit you as a fighter as its hard on the body but does hold muscle mass while reducing BF. Others may have better advise.
 
as a wrestler, i lose weight drastically over night.

id watch what i eat CLOSELY.

the night or two b4 weigh in, dont drink alot. dont eat alot. and run.

very unhealty. but its better to make weight, then not.

my two cents.
 
your 5% at 217 and you wanna lose 12 lbs, you only have according to the numbers just under 11lbs of fat on your entire body!
 
Only way you can do it is to loose some muscle dude. more cardio and less weights. You dont have enough fat on you. Or go up a weight class?

try an ATKINS style diet for a few weeks,,,,not the healthies diet IMO,,,but will strip weight fast.
 
as hard as it is on your body you are gonna have to drop as much water weight as possible. go buy a sauna suit and sweat it out.

your body is 72% water
217(.72)=157 12/157=8%

so you have to lose 8% of the water in your body to make it. talk to your trainer see if he thinks that is safe. i just dont eat for 48hours and drink as little water as i can stand. the sauna suit stays on until i have made weight. you can run do jumping jacks in the sauna anything that makes you sweat but once again watch out for the signs or severe dehydration(stop sweating light headed nausiated or vomiting etc.) as many people as i have seen make weight like this. i have seen a couple end up hospitalized and do some real lasting damage to their bodies
 
stay away from tren as it is known for messin up your respiratry system, as a fighter this is the last thing you want.

Yup, and if you're like me it will also give you those painful lower back pumps, making it impossible to train well.

Id get on Clenbuterol, t3, trenbolone for starters

no tren bro. ill be there so i dont want to see u gas after 2 mins. the only way is to suck the water out of u. you should know how. then after weigh ins put it back slowly.

I agree with Alin, I also used to wrestle in highschool and at times had to lose around 30lbs in a week......basically I tried to eat only protein, like chicken, tuna and turkey, probably 3 small servings a day, you're gonna have to lose some muscle with 5% body fat. Kept liquids at a minimum, tons of cardio. Good luck with that but remember after you weigh in..........you can get up to 240lbs lol
