im on cyp right now 200mg a week. i hit every monday. today is my 3rd shot. ishould i see gains yet? im in not really noticing very much, i have upd my proteina nd calories a bit and i lift 5 days out of week.
how long till i start seeing gains,this shit hurts and im not seeing anything

Ok so you are in week 3. You might not feel anything till week 4 or 5. I think 200mg a week is too low a dose and should be 500mg week. What brand is it as it should not hurt? You say you increased your protein and calories a bit. What is a bit?

This post scares the hell out of me......I'm going to wager you are under 18, this is your first cycle, you have no PCT, and your diet/training is 100% out of wack.......Now, if I'm wrong, I'll be the first to apologize and send you a ton of K........just a gut feeling.
 
definatly bump up the does to at least 400 mg's pr week. at 200 mg's, after your body filters some out you will be getting about the same amount of test in your system as a healthy person makes on there own! thats why hrt md's will perscribe that does. at 400 you should start seeing some gains probably around week 4 or 5. at 200 you probably wont see much in the way of major muscle gains.i get very good results on test at doeses as low as 350 mg's pr week, but i am very sensitive to test.
 
definately nump up tp at;east 500 mg week. ur just shutting down ur natural test production w/ 200mg week!! do some research before jumping on juice. u shouldn't waste 1st cycle when receptors r clean!!

No first cycle is ever a waste regardless of how clean receptors are....I kicked off my first cycle with 200mg test cyp and 20mg of dbol and was up 8lbs in 10days.....yes 200mg is low, but it doesn't mean that he will gain from 500mg for I didn't see shit at 600mg of BD test cyp for everyone don't gain from test...and don't say anything about diet and training for I'm better at that then anything else...Your first cycle is about finding what works for you....the more knowledge you have before hand the better you can be a knowing when to change what....Just because some guy says that he gained 15lb from a test only cycle doesn't mean the next guy with the same training history and/or diet will. 3 weeks is not enough time to see anything from test cyp which is why many like to jump start with dbol.....If you are very eager to see if test is going to work for you or see some gains, then you my want to switch to the short ester prop or through in some dbol.

Agreed. It is still possible to make gains off of 200mg.

it is also possivle to make gains naturally. at 200 mg's his test levels will be at a normal to high range, and he will be shutting his own test off. i just dont see the point of running test that low unless your doing hrt.400 is still a low does compared to what most around here use and it should be a little more then double a healthy persons test production enabling him to at least make more gains then he would at 200 wich would be just like training naturally
 
im 19, i have done reading. im getting nolva very shortly,should i use clomid and nolva or i just nolva good? i tihnk i mihgt bump up to 350-400 a week. i train like 35-45 min a day i take 2 days off usually. and its QUALITY VET TESTON 200
 
dude i think 19 is way too young...you WILL stop growing once you start with test....so what hight you are now is what your gonna stay. your teasst levels at 19 are as high as there ever gonna be naturally. i mean after you stop your test you will be shut down....meaning you will not be producing test naturally, and at your age that would be a shame because once you do test you may never get back to your natural leveles. i know how it is man, when i want somthing il monna get it no matter what anyone says to me, but this is some major shit your fucking with.....be carful! read more!
 
ok u guys think i shold stop takin it? and just do nolva or clomid and just eat and lift big? i have beent hinking of it i dont want to be fucked up down the road. think my best bet is to stop now?

200 is nowhere in the human range...

Your cycle seems like not much at all. My brother is 18, plays football. He THINKS he knows how to train, but then I see his dumb ass doing squats and bending his back like a fuckin rainbow. I tell his dumbass to wear a belt or he'll fuck up his back and his ignorant response is "everyone's doing it this way". Yeah, every dumb kid that doesnt know how to train. Know how to train and read on about how to use juice, then you can start it.
