Vodka and other distilled liquors dont contain any carbs, i know beer has some dextrose in it im not sure what other carbs make it up. lite beers range from 2 carbs (miller lite) to about 15. michelob just came out with a low carb beer im not sure how many that contains, but up until that miller lite was probaly the lowest

dont sweat the CARBS, sweat the calories in the alcohol itself.

vs.

4cals per gram in carbs.

everyone fears the carbs.....sheesh.

yeah thx bignate, i know theres 7 cals per 1 gram of alcohol thats y im trying to figure out how many grams of alcohol are in one oz. one shot of like 100 proof vodka would be .5 oz alcohol, so im trying to get some calorie ranges here.
