Hey Guys, just wondering if any of you had any experience or knowledge on Fenugreek or Trigonella. Guess they are the same thing. A pharmacist told me its like natural steroids. I have yet to start my first cycle, but was thinking maybe i should give this stuff a try before I do. He said there are no sides either. Obviously I dont want to waste my money. So what do you guys think?
