water retention= high blood presure
no water retention= normal blood presure

when using drugs like d-ball, or test that cause water retention adding an anti-e will lower your water weight resulting in lowering blood presure if it was high from water rentention

if you use an anti-e without gear I don't think it has any effect.

Too much of anything will kill you. 10,000mg/kg dose is outrageous. There is 75mg per bottle, that is 133 bottles you have to swallow. I think there is a much more cost effective way to kill yourself if need be....LOL
