what are typical doses of anavar and winstrol and clen for a woman to take 15 weeks out from a show. she did them in 2005 but her personal trainer only listed how many pills per day and not the mg. any help is appreciated...

Why would she combine the two?

If she can get anavar, I do believe that a superlow dose should do her fine to maintain her strength and attain superior hardness through rigorous dieting. I do believe that doses as low as 5mg tabs (broken up to 2.5 in AM and 2.5 in PM) EOD were adequate.

If I am off with the numbers could someone please correct me?

As for winstrol I do believe that .5cc EOD is also adequate, but run the risk of nasty sides and drying your joints out.

Oh yes... and clen IS GARBAGE IMHO.

I found it to be trash too- but the stuff I tryed was pretty old. I got better results w/ ECA.

I have never heard of anyone running var AND winny- and doesnt winny have some HORRIBLE sides??

I just finished a var cycle- it was great- though next time Im going to make sure my diet is tightened up- couldve got much better results.
10mg ED - few sides- nothing a good Esthetician cant fix.

Just for information:

My gf ran var at 10 mg ED for 6 weeks and had great results with little to no side (tad bit of acne), then she added 10 mg of winny ED. Within 2 weeks she broke out with the worst acne on her back and forehead. She said it was even painful on her forehead. And um .... her clit got a little bit larger, it was noticeable. All of this subsided within a week or 2 of her ending the winny.

I'm personally not a big fan of clen either.

I like liquid clen but I am a maniac and will reallly suffer through sides for results. I try to focus on the outcome and not anticipate sides and it works for me.

Thanks for all the replies. believe it or not, she's going to run this prop/tren/masteron blend. 100mg's of each per ml at .5ml every other day. i think it's insane but she's no rookie and the person who mapped it out for her has been on the olympia stage. makes me feel a little out of my depth...

huh? I can see masteron (DHT similar to var/winny) but testosterone and tren? That's asking for a penis.

I am thinking that by your comment *she's no rookie* that she has used before. Has she used these agents alone in the past? If she hasn't I wouldn't recommend combining them as if she gets sides that she will not tolerate (all anabolics cause *some* side) she will not know which agent is the culprit and which agent gave her the best result for the least sides.

We'd love to have her here posting up her personal experience!
