Is this the shit!!! Or is it shit. I would like a little feedback from anyone that has used it. The adds make me wonder, sounds like the old HMB adds. I find it hard to believe that it will live up to claims made about it. Sounds a little to muscle techish to me.
we got it at work, and i stare at it a lot. lol. but i take a lot of shit and wouldn't be able to give it a fair trial by itself anytime soon. its just arginine AKG. thats it. 3 grams of it.
