So I'm not a big fan of creatine to begin with, but I can tolerate it on bulk cycles because a lot of really good pre workouts have creatine in them and its effective for its purposes. However, it does bloat me a bit and I retain water everywhere which stifles definition.....
So, when I'm on a cutting cycle, I generally just dont use a pre workout. Lately, however, its been tough for me to find the energy to follow my workouts with cardio routines because I'm just so damned burnt out and tired.....
So does anyone have any good suggestions for non-creatine pre workout supplements?
