What is your prefferred protein powders for cutting? I usually use Champion Whey, Designer and sometimes zero carb Isopure. Muscle Milk is great too but has to much fat in my opinion. What do you guys use when cutting?
SC - Forgive me if you already answered this BUT, do you take another protein supplement aside from whey? Something to help get your 6 meals in a day, or is all from solid food groups? You need the EFA's contained in MM..........don't know of anyone who has gotten FAT from flax..........Isopure makes me nausiated.....think I over used it about 2 years ago.....now, I can't even smell it.........I use ON whey....choc. mint is tiiiiiiight.FireForEffect said:Man, I love Muscle Milk, but its got a lot of fat.

The BOMBIEST flavor out that I've tasted is Cytosport's "MELON PATCH" protein powder (3 grams carbs/fat per serving, so it's not that bad, per 26 grams pro)
This stuff tastes so damn good, I keep mixing shake after shake............off the meat-rack delicious. This is my new fav. flavor, but it's COSTLY!
