I thought something like 1-1.3lb per week in fat, but would it be "safe" to loose something like 2-2.4lb per week in fat and not loose muscles. I will be on a cycle yes, I will eat plenty and eat a lot(rather do 2-3 hours cardio and be able to eat more than the oposite).
NOTE: The EQ and TEST have already kicked in when the "weeks" written below begins.
Cycle:
EQ 500mg EW
Test 500mg EW
Tren 100mg EOD
L-rex and T-rex ED for 1 month.
So the question would be if 2lb fat per week would be something that one could be able to reach without loosing mass.
