fatloss help- im at my fucking wits end

ok i went on a keto on june 2. started out at 226lbs and i am now 196lbs. i fucked it up this week and pretty much ate bad shit. ive been thinking and rethinking cycles. i was wondering what you guys think of this. im about to do an 8 week bulk cycle

wk1-8 600mg enanthate/wk
wk1-11 75mg fina/eod
wk1-11 50mg proviron/day
wk1-11 30mg nolva/day

now im going to do a keto immediately after, say for 8-10 weeks. but this time im going to do it properly, so i wont lose too much muscle mass. the first keto that i did, i didnt do as many carb up days as i should have nor was i eating properly (not enough cals). would this be ok to do? if so, how should the cycle for the keto look like? i dont want to use any AAS during this cycle, aside from the 9th-11th week of the above cycle. im planning on running the fina, proviron and nolva for three weeks after my last enanthate shot. another question i have here is if i should run the proviron and nolva along with the clomid? i need help guys. thanks

i forgot to mention that im going to run clen/eca and t3 (12.5mcg) during the keto, along with ALA on carb up days.

unless you are on another planet, today is July 12th. You lost 30 lbs in 10 days?? Was that a typo?? If not, you lost some serious muscle bro.:confused:
 
shit. june 2, not july 2. and yes i know, still lost alot of muscle (not that i had much to begin with). heres the story. havent done any AAS for a little bit over a year. i havent worked out for around 6months (prior to jun2) so i was very fat and out of shape (i posted the before and after pics somewhere, i'll see if i can find them again). i did this keto so i can start getting back into shape again.
 
i did a keto diet for about 8 - 10 weeks while i was doing a cutting cycle. i went from 230 -> 205. it seemed like i was turning fat into muscle b/c i actually got MUCH leaner yet increased my muscle mass. im down to 200 now after about 6 weeks off the cycle and diet. i lost very little strength over the course of it all and have maintained pretty much all the mass i "gained".

i actually got pretty lean everywhere except for some chest fat and a little on the abs/lovehandles that doesn't seem to want to budge no matter what. (am trying to put together a little cycle just for those areas :)

i found the diet to not be that bad once the first few weeks were over. no carb cravings at all. it was funny though b/c i carbed up every weekend and by friday afternoon i'd be so flat and dry that my cheekbones and jaw would be very prominent. by the time sunday night rolled around my face looked like the Michelin Man...

i'd fluctuate ~8 - 10lbs over the weekend due to water and carbs but i'd usually lose all that by the following tuesday. i liked the diet and had good success with it. just make sure you get your protein AND your fats, or you will lose muscle instead of the fat.
 
I say fuck the keto bullshit personally. I say make it a 12 week cycle, bulk by eating clean for the first 6 weeks or so using fina ED not EOD. Continue with the fina for another few weeks if you are handling it well with little sides while cutting (cut for 6 weeks total). So long as you keep your bf about where it is while bulking and then you cut with low carbs (not keto) you can do some serious damage. If this is your first time with fina though, if you hit 75mg ED and diet right out of the gate on your cycle, you can easily put on muscle while losing fat with a solid diet and eating clean. It shouldn't be a problem.
