my fat on my love handles and chest tends to jiggle like water, is that water retention? or estrogenic fat? how do i tell the difference between the two?

you can easily get rid of water retention (limit your sodium intake, drink plenty of water,...) and if you still have that "fat" it is real fat not water

I found that I could limit my water retention much easier by just cutting out Diet soda alltogether as I felt that it caused bloating in my oppinion to my abdominal area.
