can anybody help me? i have alot of fat around my chest and lats, will i ever get rid of this hgh? is it better for me to go higher reps 15-20 per set?
or if i go lower reps per set will this hold on to fat upper part of my body?

thats got to do w/ your diet. theres no such thing as spot reduction. head on over to the diet board and post up.

thats the fin grossesed thing ive ever seen. I saw this dude last 4th of july that was all fucked up, looked like he had puked all over his himself. He came up to us in the middle of the road while we were light fireworks, he tells us he has some killer speed....that he just finished killing his family...Were like wtf. then lke 10 peeps came and we ran him outta the town!
