Fat Loss with clen

What has been the average fat loss by using clen for 2 weeks? For the people who have used clen?


Is it a good idea to use it while on test-p or is it a waist?

Yeah it will go great with Prop and an anti-e. I'd add Winny and you'll be stylin. Just research clen and it's effects on the heart and then make your own decision if you wanna go ahead and use it or not. If diet and cardio are on point you'll see a lil difference (not drastic, but noticeable) after each two week run.

Yeah, im adding winny on weeks 8-12....also taking a-dex....im just trieng not to get real big and look fat....trieng for a cut cycle...been on my diet fora while and do a ton pf cardio 5-6 times a week....running, walking, eliptical, bike ect... depends on my legs and knees for what day i do what....ive done research on clen and know its hard on the heart, i just never heard of how much fat people have lost on it.

I'm trying to cut up myself. I've had great luck building muscle and bulking. I've grown the tree and now it's time to trim it. With diet and exercise alone I've been losing about 1.5lbs - 2.0lbs a week. When I ran clen I saw about 2-2.5lbs.

Big difference? Not really but over 2 weeks I lost an additional 2 lbs. I've been really happy with it. I ran a little cycle of t3 at the end of my last cycle and it combined with clen was amazing.

If you are about to start a small cutter cycle I'd probably do 1 2-week cycle of clen and then hop on your cutter and use the clen/t3 towards the end of the cycle.
 
i just got off clen, didnt really notice too much of a weight loss,

i seem to be more responsive to epehdra,

im 20,
185 @ 10-11%BF.

So clen wasnt for me.

i just picked up some ECA/YEs and will them together. Also starting a 5x5 so i will plenty of more time for cardio.

I want to lose around 15-20 lbs in the next 4-6 weeks. I'm a female, 28 yo,5'6", 180 lbs. I'm also dieting and working out 6 times a week--cardio/weights/spin. Is that possible?

I lose weight very very easily...

I dropped weight real fast when i jumped on Clen for 2 weeks but im sure a lot of it was water weight, as I had just come off a Test520/Deca500 cycle for 16 weeks.

I actually dropped 7 pounds in 2 weeks, so im sure a lot was waterweight.

Im now jumpin on 800EQ/500Test for 20 weeks with 50mgs winny for 8 weeks in there, and I plan to jump on another Clen run in there, just not sure when

Liquid Clen is good stuff and easy to manage. Its my first cycle all you need this that and a syringe. That's what I would recommend, not to mention the Ag-guys are top notch, and quick delivery. Unless you have a particular reason for wanting a pill?

Do you know any girls who have taken Clen? If so, how were their results? I mostly have seen threads from guys.

Diet and exercise is always best and most will tell you that before anthing else.
 
like the man above me said. she tightened up her diet and did more productive cardio.

try carb cycling for a diet boost.

The only way you get real big is if you dropped the cardio and upped the intensity in the gym.

The only way you'll get "fat" is if your diet is OFF

Winny, Test, have NOTHING to do with getting cut.

Clen is not magic. Don't get your hopes up, that you are disappointed. The weight loss you are looking for is extreme in 4 weeks.

I disagree... I have been doing mad cardio and lifting and seem to be gaining muscle mass quite rapidly.....i went from barely being able to dead lift 115lbs 10 times to being able to deadlift 155lbs 15 times in less then a week and saw a big difference in muscle size....

But that was with test-p being added in :)

Try T3 or DNP :).....but careful not to die!
 
I did quite well on clen and a tight diet with AAS. In 12 weeks I dropped from 250 lbs down to 218 lbs and I was about 12-14% bodyfat to start. Not sure what I ended up, but I was very lean. I lost over 3 inches off of my waist. I would peak at 160 mcg/day of clen. Like most here, the diet was most important. Later on in my cycle though I reached a point where I wasnt losing anymore bodyfat, but when I went on the clen I would lose more. The results seemed to stay awhile too, I didnt put the fat back on.

Gains like that in a week are impressive, but I'm assuming you weren't "stuck" on 115lbs for a while before the TEST P...................

I mean if you made gains like that in LESS than a week, there's a good chance the AAS were wasted, but to each his own, and I'll never argue with results.

I threw my wife on a 2-week cycle after she had been on CardioBreeze/Thermorexin/Sesapure/Glucorell for about a month. She is TERRIBLE when it comes to diet, and she has no motivation to workout. I think in that month time, she road her bike maybe 12 times for 20 mins each.

Over the period of that month and the 2 week Clen run, she lost 10 pounds.

And this is on LiquiClen. That is all I have ever taken. :coffee:

Since she can't diet, and doesn't like to work out. Look for her to put that and more pounds back on. Unless of course she wants to use clen the rest of her life. :coffee:

deadlifting 115, you have no business taking aas...

Well, ive been doing this particular routine for 3 weeks.....started with conditioning and have been seeing about a 10 lb improvement each week....but when i started prop in wend up big time......but can feel the joins hurting :(
